upload form confirmation to multiple emails

Good morning!
You guys have helped me tremendously in past - BIG THANKS!!!!
I try to find the answer on my own first, but since I am relatively new to
HTML, I just can't figure it out.
I have an upload form - works great, except that end users have requested
the confirmation be emailed to 4 different people. Any help or direction is
very much appreciated. Thank you
