Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to customize your own button image on the toolbar. I
know I can use "Edit button image" or copy and paste an image to a button.
But if I use a macro to create the button, how can I also change the image
via the macro to my preferred icon ? I have an icon file but don't know how
to load into excel and what FaceID I should use if it has been loaded.

Thanks in advance.

Oliver

You do it the same way

use the pasteface method.

You have to get your image into the clipboard. Since I don't know anything
about you icon file, I can't say how you would do that.

does Insert=>Picture=>from file work.

If so, once on the worksheet, you can copy it to the clipboard. If all
that works, then you might put it on a hidden sheet and copy from the sheet
when you need to use the icon.
