I have a Vista Ultimate ed DVD (with two additional Premium Keys).

I used it to upgrade an XP system and installed Vista Premium . It did not
asked me for what version to isntall. How do I use the DVD to upgrade to
Ultimate Ed after I already have Preimum installed? Do I need to call MS?

Then I made a mistake. The first Key (the one in the plastic case) I used
it for a premium upgrade. Maybe I need to call MFT and explain? Can I
change (swap) Keys in already installed PCs?

All vista versions are on the one disk.
The Key determines which is installed.

32bit and 64 bit are on seperate Disk.

You are going to have to call MSFT and figure out what to do. Either way
you are going to have to reinstall.

The key you use determines the version installed.
All the versions are on the DVD.

I wouldn't consider going from XP to Vista an upgrade though...
