Upgrading Windows 2000Server to 2003

I have three Servers running Windows 2000 all running OK, but the thought
one day support will evaporate for the OS (from Bill anyway). So I have to
plan to upgrade the servers to 2003. Is this going to be a simple process,
or is there going to be much wailing and gnashing of teeth? Is there some
migration resource online?
