Upgrading to XP from NT4

I'm looking far & wide for drivers for "RIP for NWLink
IPX" and "Logitech Mouseware Drivers." The XP upgrade
wizard says I need them to go forward from NT4 to XP.
Where can I find these items?

Mouse drivers can be found at www.logitech.com.

IPX is not an installed by default protocol on XP... for details on how to
