upgrading to Windows Mail

I bought a new laptop that has Windows Vista on it and i want to use Windows
Mail. My old desktop operated on XP and I used Outlook. Is there a way to
import the data from Outlook on one computer to 'windows Mail on the other
computer?

On the computer with Outlook export the mail to Outlook Express. Then see
