Upgrading to Windows 2003 Server

I have 2 W2K SP4 STD DCs:
- One with basically DNS (AD integrated)
- Other with DHCP
1. Does it matter which one I upgrade first? Can I upgrade one at a time?
2. Do I need to run the ADPREP and DOMAINPREP on both or just the server
that has the schema and infrastructure operations master roles. If these
roles are split between the two just run the respective ADPREP and DOMAINPREP
on the individual DC with the appropriate role.
3. Any other gotchas I need to be aware of?

IMHO, upgrading servers/DCs sucks...if possible do a swing upgrade. that way
you still upgrade AD but have fresh installed servers
