I installed .Net 1.1, however VS 2003.Net still says 1.0.3... Thoughts?

Are you sure you aren't running Visual Studio .NET 2002? The version of the
..NET is hard-coded into Visual Studio, and by installing a more recent
version it's not going to update the IDE.
