Upgrading Outlook and am Now Not Getting Calendar Reminders

I upgraded to Office 2007 and the reminder popups for Outlook have stopped. I
went into the items and confirmed that there are still reminders on the
appointments and can't seem to find a setting that would change that option.

Any ideas?
 
Try starting Outlook 1 time with the /cleanreminders command line switch.

How to:
Select Start > Run
Type: outlook.exe /cleanreminders
OK button
