Outlook Upgrading Outlook 2002 to 2003

Hi

Can some one help me with upgrading from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 without losing my contacts and calendar information? (I have currently got Microsoft office XP SP3), but I am only wanting to upgrade the outlook software.

Details of my set up are below:

Running: Windows XP prfessional
Anti virus:AVG
Anti spyware: Adaware
Connection: Broadband wireless router
AMD Sepron 2500+, 1.75 GHz, 960mb of RAM

Insert the Office 2003 CD-ROM and select Custom Installation and select only Outlook 2003 and click next and in the next screen you will ask to upgrade the earlier version.

Note: Before starting upgradation, take .pst backup.
