upgrading Outlook 2000 to 2003

Is it possible to upgrade my Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 (my computer has Office 2000 Professional)?
 
Yes, you can buy a copy of Outlook 2003. The features that depend on Word --
WordMail and mail merge -- won't work, though, unless you upgrade both
programs.
