Upgrading MoBo, what about XP..?

Updating from a GA-8IEXP Rev 2 to a GA-8I875 Ultra and to a P4 2.4C..

What do I remove in the Register so that XP will re-detect the new Hardware,
with out having to do a new Install of XP..?



That is a i845E Chipset & a P4 1.6A to a i875P Chipset and a P4 2.4C cpu..


All other hardware the same.

Please don't cross-post.
You don't need to do a new install - a repair install will be adequate, and
should be a lot quicker and easier than manually removing stuff and getting
windows to redetect it.
 
Do a repair install on the current installation. Boot from CD, Enter for
new install, F8 for the EULA and R to repair the install that it finds.
Then re-service pack the machine.
