The email to contact me at is (e-mail address removed).
I had this computer's Outlook Express set up with two identities, the main one for my wife and another one for me
I received the update notice from Microsoft and clicked on it. After it was installed I got a message that some things had been deleted from my system and that some programs may not run right. This was on Jan 2 so there was no previous restore point so I could not use that. I followed the different links until I was told that the way to fix the problem was to reinstall XP
When I did this I was asked to list all the users on the computer. I listed myself, my wife and my daughter. It then created 3 different logon's for us even though I had not requested this. When I open my logon, I have no internet or email set up. When I open my wife's account and go to 'Switch Identities' my name is there but when I type in my password it goes blank for a second and then pulls up my wife's email. As of now I'm missing a year's worth of emails and need to get them back
