I replaced my Gigabyte P4 mainboard (using SDRAM) with a
Shuttle P4 board (using DDR RAM). I am using the same
Celeron 1.8 478 processor. However, after installation,
Windows reboots shortly after the Windows XP boot screen
appears (a blue screen flashes for an instant, but too
quickly to read). When running in Safe Mode, the boot
stops with the last file shown as agp440.sys. I have
tried clearing the CMOS, but to no avail. What is
preventing the boot from completing?

You must do a reinstall to repair the wrong drivers which
are on your current installation.
