Upgrading Hardware WIn2k FSMO Master

There is only one DC or I guess it is called GC. It has AD. I have a new
server that I would like to use now. Can you point me to some good articles
on how to replace an existing DC with a new box?

Install the new server, patch it, run DCPROMO to make it a DC in the
domain, transfer the FSMO roles and whatever else you need to, make sure AD
has replicated properly.
