Vista comes on a DVD, not a CD. If your drive can't read DVD's, that'd be
the problem. If it is DVD capable, open Windows Explorer and right click the
DVD drive. You should see an install or setup option.
You may not want to do this upgrade. If your machine doesn't have a DVD,
chances are that it is outdated in other ways that will cause issues in
Vista anyway. Just my thoughts.
I have ran the advser and it said to get the Home Basic. I did and now I
have it and after looking on it it says DVD-Rom. I guess I have to install a
DVD player.
