I believe so, but note that if you have older hardware, you'll want to make
sure it's all compatible/has appropriate W2k drivers.
Also, upgrades in place are rarely the best plan. You will get a lot better
performance if you back up your data and do a clean install. I think it's
worth the extra time/effort.
