Upgrading from Windows ME, again

I run two computers at home, but only one is on-line. The one on-line right
now is an older computer, and I want to take it off-line and put the newer
one (with windows ME) on-line. Here is the problem: I have already upgraded
the current one from Windows 98 to XP Home Edition. Will I be able to use my
store bought (at great expense) XP upgrade version on my newer computer as
well? If not, I may as well keep the older one running on-line, because I
want XP.

You can use the single copy of XP that you bought - at great expense - on
one single computer at a time. If you would prefer to upgrade ME to XP and
clean-install Win98 back onto the oldest computer, you'll be just fine.
