upgrading from windows 2000 to service pack 4

HELP!!!!!


I have been trying for at least 6 hours now to download
service pack 4 onto my pc only for it to keep loosing
internet connection and basically not responding to me!

I need this pack so that I can put a patch on as I
recently got infected with the blaster worm virus and
although I updated my anitvirus software I am still
experiancing problems with my pc.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

I am in the same boat. I actually don't lose internet connection. It's
just microsoft's server that doesn't respond. This is very aggravating to
say the least! I need to upgrade to SP4 so that I can see my AutoCAD help
files. Currently, I have no online help because Microsoft is standing in
the way!
