Upgrading from Win95/98

I would like to upgrade some computers from Win95/98 to
Win2000Pro. However, the Microsoft website lists two
different upgrades to Win2000Pro one from Win NT and one
from Win 95/98 when talking about pricing although both
are the same price. Are there two different upgrade disks
available or is there only one that will upgrade from
both Win95/98 and NT?
