We have a total of 4 mailadresses in our family. 3 of these are derrived from
the headadress (account?).
Outlook Express can distribute the mails to 4 different computers, simply by
leaving the mails for the other 3 familymembers on the mailserver.
Is it correct that I can´t get Outlook to do the same?

Outlook does not have the ability to refrain from downloading. However, you
can certainly set up Outlook so that it leaves copies of messages on the
server when it downloads and then use rules to delete any messages no
intended for the individual recipient. Use the "with specific words in the
recipient's address" condition and make the specific words the individual's
local address part (the string in front of the "@").
