Upgrading from NT4 TS

We currently run an NT4 TS and want to move to Windows 2000 running Terminal Services. Is the upgrade straightforward and is there anything I should know before doing it

I don't have a step by step for you, but would like to inform you, that
win2k TS is not so friendly towards
16 bits and dos apps, as NT4 tse is. I hope you have tested all your apps,
before starting the upgrade?
