Upgrading from Business to Ultimate

I want to purchase an upgrade from my Vista Business to Ultimate... so first
of all can I download my Business on two of my PC's and then upgrade them
both to Ultimate?

I don't know what you mean about this download of Business? I think you
should have some kind of Restore cd for Business for both machines with
product-id(s) in case you have to rebuild a machine, before apply the
Ultimate again.

But has far as an Upgrade from Business to Ultimate or Vista over Vista,
that should be OK, since Vista is already on the machines. You're going to
have to by two Ultimate upgrades.
