J Jimmy Andersson [MVP] Oct 3, 2003 #2 A fresh installation, IMHO, is better because you'll end up with a clean installation. But there's nothing wrong with an in-place upgrade. There are a lot of factors to take into consideration like time, budget etc... Regards, /Jimmy
