Upgrading both Win2000 DNS & TS to Win2003?

I need to upgrade both our working Win2000 DNS and Win2000 Terminal Server
to Windows 2003. I have done separate stand alone test upgrades & restores,
but have not upgraded both the DNS and Terminal Server as a system. What
should the procedure be for upgrading both at he same time? Which one first?
What should I do about the TS Licensing Service and 2000 TS Licenses?

This is my present working system that I need to upgrade to Win 2003:

1) Win 2000 DNS & active directory running Terminal Server Licensing
Service

2) Win 2000 Terminal Server running in Application Server Mode

Appreciate any advice,

Robert

I would upgrade the DNS server first. Ensure the infrastructure is
operational before upgrading an app server, such as this. As for licensing,
the licensing requirements have changed. If I were you, I would get
familiar with this BEFORE you upgrade this, you maybe in for a little
surprise:
