I am setting up a new system and want to put frontpage 2003 on it, BUT -- I
would prefer to purchase an upgrade version seeing as I have been using 2002
on the old system. I qualify for the upgrade and still have the 2002
software and if I was not going to a new computer there would be no problem.
Question is -- how to I activate an upgrade verson on my machine when there
is no other version on that machine?

You would insert the FP2002 CD when ask for the location of a qualifying product, etc.

You put the FP2002 cd in the cd drive when prompted.

And be sure you don't use FP2002 along side FP2003 - that will breach the
EULA - you can't use an upgraded product while using the higher version eg
if you use FP2002 to upgrade to FP2003, you can't continue to use FP2002 on
another machine.
