Upgrading 2000 server with Exchange 2003 already on it??

We are getting ready to upgrade our 2000 server to 2003. We already have
Exchange 2003 on it. Is there anything we need to look out for that is out
of the norm? Any bugs, fixes or prep work that may need to be done thats not
typical? Thanks for your help.
