Upgrades of Win XP

Hi
I have win xp upgraded with SP1 and other critical component that all I have done by online installation. if I want to remove any of these component and later on try to reinstall it again should I again download the same package? or the packages are some where in my computer which can be reinstalled again (specially SP1; it's of huge size).
