I have a Compaq presario 1700t which was originally
running Windows ME on it. I was able to watch DVDs on my
TV by just pressing FN-F3. I upgraded to Windows XP and I
got the DVD player to work, but FN-F3 no longer works, I
can't see the video on my TV. Also, I noticed that on the
control panel the controls for enabling/disabling and
configuring LCD, TV OUT and CRT displays do not appear
anymore. My video driver is and ATI RAGE Mobility-M1.

Thank you,
Javier

You will need to get the latest video driver for your video card. XP's
built in drivers only provide basic functionality....
