Windows XP is an operating system. It comes in several flavors, the common
ones being Home and Professional.

XP Home can be upgraded to XP Pro, although it's not worthwhile for most
people who aren't on corporate networks (in my opinion).
Office XP is a suite of applications. It's sold separately from Windows.

What is it that you wish to do? The odds are good that whatever it is, you
won't be able to do it (legally) online. It may also cost you a fair bit of
money.
The cheapest version of Office is one sold for students and teachers. It's
$135 US at
www.newegg.com, plus $7 for shipping. (I doubt that Newegg
requires that you show a student ID.) The main drawback to this version.
I've read, is that it can't be upgraded. (You'd have to buy a complete new
version, if and when.) Considering the price, that's not too bad.
Hope this helps.
