When you upgrade, your registry is created anew for win2k,
and any dlls that were added by programs to your system
folder will be gone. Any programs that rely on these
previously created dlls or registry entries will not be
able to find them. To fix this, you can either re-install
the program or download the dll from the internet. To
download it, just enter the name of the dll on google and
chances are some dll library website will have it. Make
sure you scan any downloaded file for viruses before
putting it in the appropriate folder.
