Stuck watching

I am stuck here with the machine "Running processes
after install". How the heck long do I have to sit here
wasting my time? I have been here 4 1/2 hours and there
is just the same little flashes going on, which I think
means the hard drive is working. This is driving me
CRAZY!! I am trapped because when I try to leave, the
stupid message is " if you leave this page the install
will fail". This is typically absurd and stupid.

Next time download the Network Administrators version of the service pack...
The install usually goes smoother - or is not (at least) dependent on your
network connection to the Internet after you get it.
