Upgrade Windows to second computer

I have one Windows XP computer up-to-date. A second Windows XP computer
without broadband connection is probably original SP1. Is it possible to
transfer the updated windows software using a CD or DVD drive to the second
computer?

We have the SP2 upgrade CD. Is it better to install it first? Are there big
chunks of upgrades since the SP2 CD?

But I mentioned that there is no broadband connection and it would take over
nine hours to download the upgrade. In addition, the condition of the
computer and the telephone line is that the downloading will be frequently
drop out.

Your second computer is running some version of XP, correct? You have the
SP2 upgrade CD, correct?

First of all, make certain that your second computer is ready for SP2. Do
not proceed until you have completed this part of the task.

When you have it ready, just install SP2 from the CD.

After completing the installation, go to the Windows update site and
download all of the updates since SP2. There are lots of them

I spend 2 hours in upgrading to SP2 and installing the updates since SP2.
