upgrade Windows 2000 to Windows XP pro.

Hi All,

We want to upgrade hundreds of PC from Windows 2000 to Windows XP Professional with UNATTEND file.
How can I start the XP installation as upgrade (keep all programs and profile) not install second OS or clean installation ? What parameter that I need ?
