Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to determine if I have fixed an upgrade
warning. If I delete the green text then the upgrade warning goes away.
However, I would expect it to come back after I rebuild if I haven't changed
any of the code. Can anyone clarify what actions to take with the upgrade
warnings?

Thanks

John,

Please provide a bit more information. What product are you trying to
upgrade and what specifically is the message?

I am trying to upgrade a vb6 app to dot net. Its just the upgrade warnings
that people typically get when running the wizard. I just was wondering how
to know the upgrade warning was fixed. The warning will go away if I delete
the green upgrade warning text and don't change any of the actual code. When
I build/recompile the warning doesn't come back. Therefore, I was wondering
how I know it is fixed. Maybe the upgrade warnings don't really matter???
This doesn't seem plausabile, but I guess it is possible.

Thanks

It depends on the type of warning... I think...

Can you post an example of a warning you got and the line it affects??
