upgrade to Win2000 from Win98

When upgrading from W98 to W2000, I got the message that
it could not find the following files: tsbvcap.sys,
tsbyuv.dll, and html.32.cn. Where can I find these
files? Are they downloadable from the internet?

The first 2 files are Windows files and can be expanded from the
drivers.cab folder. I think the tabvcap.sys would go in the drivers
directory and the tsbyub.dll would go in the system 32 directory. I do not
know what the 3rd file is or where to find it. Was there any other problem
you had with the install. It seems strange to have a problem with these 3
files.
