Upgrade to Outlook 2007 not working

My office uses Exchange server 2003 and on 2 systems I updated to Outlook
2007. 1 works fine but the other doesn't want to download email. I get no
error but watching the progress it doesn't seem to complete. Internet
connection is not the problem and since this was an upgrade to Outlook 2003
(as was the other) I'm curious if that's the problem and if I should
uninstall it and then reinstall it fresh.
Any ideas on what I should be looking at? I'm not very familiar with
Exchange Server but logging in from the net does show I have email on the
server.....just can't get it to the workstation.

Are you running both installations in Cached mode?
