upgrade to outlook 2003 - need msaccess.exe

i AM TRYING TO UPGRADE TO OUTLOOK 2003 FROM OUTLOOK XP.
iT SAYS I NEED MSACCESS.EXE FILE TO CONTINUE. sOMEHOW
THIS MUST HAVE GOTTEN DELETED. i CANNOT SEEM TO FIND
THIS FILE ANYWHERE TO DOWNLOAD. aNY INFORMATION WOULD BE
GREATLY APPRECIATED.

msaccess.exe is the Access application, the app is included in certain
versions of the Office Suite and also as a stand alone app.
In itself it has nothing to do with OL.
Are you actually upgrading OL, the stand alone App or The Office Suite?
