Upgrade to 2003 DC with Exchange 2000 in Environment

My organization currently has a single Windows 2000 (Native) Domain
Controller and one Exchange 2000 server - all with the latest SP's and
fixes.
I am about to run the Windows 2003 domain and forest prep on my Windows 2000
DC and then implement a second DC running Windows 2003. My question is if
there are any know issues with regards to the Exchange 2000 server. Do I
need to add any steps or will I be good to go?

Following up on this, Once I run the Inetorgpersonprevent.ldf do I have to
run the 2000 to 2003 upgrade for exchange to continue working or can I phase
it over a couple of days/steps? I would prefer, if possible, to run this,
see how everything is working and then do the DC upgrade.
