Upgrade Reporting Services server to 2008

We are currently using Visual Studio 2005 for all of our project
development. We have a SQL 2005 reporting services server used for all of
our reports. We would like to upgrade the to SQL 2008. My question is,
does VS 2005 support Reporting Services 2008? I have read that VS 2008 does
not support Reporting Services 2005, but I haven't found anything about VS
2005 supporting Reporting Services 2008.

This is really a question for microsoft.public.vsnet.ide or one of the SQL
groups, and I highly recommend you repost to one of them for a definitive
answer, but I'm pretty sure it's "No."
