Upgrade Redemption Form

I bought an Athlon 64 3500+ based computer, currently on Windows XP Media
Center, with an Upgrade Redemption Form, to upgrade to Vista Home Premium.
This form instructs me to go to the site: -

http://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/vista

On this site only the 32bit version of Vista Home Premium is listed. How do
I upgrade to the 64bit version?
 
i was told that all versions of vista come with 32 and 64-bit versions. i
could be wrong though
