Based on the many on line comparisons and many online price quotes...
My recommendations would be:
~ US $80 ATI Radeon 9600Pro
~ US $100 ATI Radeon 9600XT
~ US $135 Nvidia Geforce 6600 AGP
(bottom end prices from reputable net vendors like

I upgraded from an ATI 9200 (128-bit version, not SE), to the 6600, and the
difference is amazing on my AMD XP2600+. Your FX5200 is probably a
little faster than my 9200, but the 6600 was something like 3x faster in
various benchmarks. (Plus, I can turn on AA, which makes things like my
daughter's SIMS2 look better.) The 9600XT is probably a 2x improvement,
while the 9600Pro, is about 1.5x. Obviously, actual results vary based on
the test system and software.
