Can you please give me a hand?

I've got a PC that needs a new video card. I'd like it to be able to run
new games like XIII but I've had a hard time getting any info on cards that
are win 9x compliant. Obviously I want a screamer, right? Intel tells me
that the motherboard I've got will run any card better than 4x at 4x. Can
you tell me what a good card would be?

List every component in your PC and people can make a more informed
suggestion, as well as being able to offer other advice. Also, which
operating system? Windows 98 or Windows 98 SE (Second Edition)?
