Our company will be upgrading from office 97 to office
2003. I'm needing to know the potential problems that we
may encounter in the install procedure.
Example:
Will email accounts have to be reset?
Will it cause anything to crash?
Is it a seemless install?
What are the major problems so far?
Most systems are running windows 2000.
Anything need to be done to prep the systems for the
upgrade?

I haven't seen very much information about upgrading from Office 97 to 2003, but it should be relatively painless. Mail profiles won't change.

Obviously, you'll want to do a pilot test. I would get current on Windows and Internet Explorer service packs and security fixes and then do the Office installation.
