Ok, here's the deal. My girlfriend has bought this:

and I am at a loss as to how to upgrade this thing. Since I end up using it
a lot, I do want to upgrade. Getting another machine for her is not an
option right now. I did add a gig of ram, but what, if anything, can come
next?
