upgrade of win2k to win2k advance server

we are having a windows 2000 server with sp2 .this is the
domain controller of our n/w . now we want to upgrade it
to win2k advance server . we have tried it with 2cds but
we are getting a message that win2k cannot be upgraded to
win2k advance server. is there any way to upgrade the
win2k server to win2k advance server
 
No you would have to reinstall the server completely and then restore data
from backup.
