Upgrade NT4 Domain to W2K AD - Effect on Exchange 5.5?

I have an NT4 domain I need to upgrade to W2K AD. One of my NT4
domain controllers is running exchange 5.5. I plan to upgrade another
NT4 domain controller and leave the exchange server at NT4 for now.
Will this pose any problems for my exchange server?

Later, I plan to upgrade the exchange server to W2K AD as well. Same
question - will exchange 5.5 still work in this scenario?

The short answer is yes.

The longer answer is that, I believe you will have to install the AD
Connector if you want to be able to automatically create mailboxes
when you create user accounts. It's a long time since I was in this
situation!
