Upgrade issue?

Any advice appreciated please.

At work I have a group of users who use a digital signature device. This islinked in to Excel - the user starts a macro in Excel, the macro checks tomake sure certain fields are completed, then asks for the signature from the device. When this was working correctly, it then placed the signature into a cell as a graphic and completed.

After upgrading the pcs from Win XP, Office 2003 to Win 7, Office 2020, andthe digital signature kit drivers, the macro loops after the signature stage - it asks for the signature, places it in the correct cell, then checks for fields being completed.

The macro has not been altered at all during the upgrade process.

Any ideas why this might happen would be greatly appreciated.

Oops! typed v.quickly this morning and didn't spot typo - upgraded from Office (Excel) 2007 to 2010; WIn XP to Win7 and the error as reported in original post occurs.
