Upgrade from XP Home to XP Pro Question

I have a brand new computer w/ XP Home and recently discovered that XP Home doesn't support web servers (IIS, PWS, ets.)
I would gladly purchase XP Pro but I am wondering how difficult it is to install. Can you install Pro on top of Home? Will I lose drives and files I've already created?

Buy the Pro upgrade, insert the disk and do a upgrade. It's that simple, you
won't loose anything.
