This is NOT considered an "upgrade" because ME was released AFTER
Windows 2000. So a clean install will be what you should do.
Save a copy of all important documents, make sure that all the hardware
in your computer has Windows 2000 drivers available. Format the
harddrive and install Windows 2000.
